Tidemill is the lead school for Initial Teacher Training in REAch2 and has many great opportunities for staff. Receptionist & Attendance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Receptionist & Attendance Officer to join our Administration Team. This role would be suited to someone who is proactive and keen to work as part of a strong team. Experience in an academy is an advantage but not essential.
You need to be someone who:
- Have experience of working in a busy school office or similar environment
- Relish the challenges of providing outstanding service to a range of customers including children, parents, and visitors
- Is able to multi-task whilst remaining calm and cheerful
- Has a great eye for detail and excellent administration and ICT skills
- Is enthusiastic and committed
- Is willing to go the extra mile
- A strong administration and premises team
- An award winning building with great facilities including sports facilities, professional stage lighting and state of the art technology, classrooms & learning environments

Hours: 35 hours per week, term-time only plus 1 week (40 weeks per year)
Additionally, the receptionist is on site for breakfast club each morning and stays for after school club two nights per week, which is claimed as overtime.
Grade: Scale 4 (SP8 to SP10: £24,717 - £25,614) FTE
Actual salary: £21,610 - £22,394

Visit times have been scheduled for Thursday 27th January 2022 @ 8:30am or 4:30pm (30 minutes duration).
