I am a Staff Governor. As a Class Teacher and Phase Leader at Tidemill, I decided to join the Local Governing Body as it is my priority to ensure that all children are provided with opportunities to achieve their potential. Having recently completed my Master in Education in which I researched how to support children with individual needs, I endeavour to support all children, the school community and colleagues to uphold the schools values and ethos at all times.

I believe that my role as governor will support this as I will gain an insight into the wider running of the school. Above all, I am excited to develop my knowledge and experience further by working alongside our exceptional governing body.
