Nursery Hours and Fees

Full time and part time Nursery places are available, although availability is dependent on capacity.

 

3-year-Olds – 30 Hours Free Eligibility

From the term after their third birthday, some children are entitled to 30 hours of free Early Years education per week during term time. Parents can apply for this via the Government Gateway website which can be found here:  Sign in to your childcare account - GOV.UK At Tidemill Academy, we have a number of part-time places and full-time places available.

 

What is included in fees?

Nursery children are taught by a qualified Teacher and Nursery Nurse.

The Nursery provides fruit, water and milk throughout the day.

 

Fees

Our free entitlement hours are 15 hours per week, or 30 hours dependent on the family’s parental income and employment status.

15 hour placements are free for all children aged 3 to 4 years olds.

A top up fee of 15 hours per week, plus lunchtime supervision is £118.75 per week.

If your child is entitled to 30 hours per week, just the lunchtime supervision of £4.75 per day will be chargeable.

Morning session – 8.45am – 11.45am

Afternoon session – 12.30pm – 15.30pm

All day session – 8.45am – 15.30pm

 

Additional hours purchased per week

Children that are here for 30 hours per week pay, can pay for an additional 45 minutes lunchtime supervision. Children who are not entitled to the extra 15 hours per week can pay for these. Fruit, milk and water are available to children in the classroom throughout the day, and a lunch is provided free of charge at lunchtime. 

 

Payment Terms

Fees will need to be paid at least week in advance.

Fees are paid via Parentpay. Parents/carers will be given login and password details upon starting at the school. Childcare voucher payments/salary sacrifice are accepted by the school. Childcare Tax and Working Tax Credits are available from the Inland Revenue to help with up to 80% of your childcare costs.
