Over the past six years, Tidemill has become my second home, and I want to give back. I've seen firsthand how our teamwork lifts every child and colleague, and I am proud to be a part of it. As the MFL Lead, I've worked hard to spark that love for languages, but I know real change happens when we all shape the bigger picture. As a Teacher Governor, I want to bring that same energy, empathy, and practical ideas to our leadership table to listen, to advocate for our children and staff, and to help make this school even more inclusive, inspiring, and united.
